We are consultants who help you plan and book you with a Transportation Charter Party (TCP) chauffeur company or designated driver (DD) with local knowledge and whereabouts of wineries/vineyards and more (i.e. distilleries, breweries, hotels, bed & breakfast, fine restaurants) in the Napa/Sonoma, and other wine counties.

The charter company you book with can also do airport pick up/drop off and other events. These companies average more than five years of livery service and have excellent safety records. Drivers are mature professionals whose mission is to make your experience the best that can be and are insured and licensed by the CPUC. Collectively, they have modern cars; SUVs, buses, limos, etc., for any celebrations.

RESERVATION

The Booking/Reservation Form above requires contact info and place/time of pick up so we can determine logistic. The rest of the form can be blank or your best estimates. After initial consultation, when you’re ready to commit to a date/time, then we will ask for a refundable deposit (10%) if cancelled within 72 hours of date/time agreed.

We normally get back to you within few minutes or few hours but always within 24 hours.

The info herein is a guideline. Different operators will have different rates, but in general, 2-4 passengers will fit a standard sedan (i.e. Cadillac; Chrysler 300, Mercedes) is $75/hour. Up to 6 passengers is an SUV (i.e. Suburban, Expedition, Escalade) for $85/hour. Over 8 passengers is $125+/hour requiring a limo or large Sprinter van. These rates do not include tips (generally up to 25%).  And most companies require 5 or 6 hours minimum booking. There are also companies with designated drivers (DD) and it is generally $55/hour, using your car. For more details and specifics, please submit the form.

 

COVID19/NOTES: Since 2020,many wineries; bars/restaurants, have limited capacities and require appointments. Check with wineries because many are not walk-in.
